CoonFunny maintains a strict policy of hosting only content depicting adults aged 18 years or older.

Status Under 18 U.S.C. §2257

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct or merely lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area:

• All performers in such depictions were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions
• Such visual depictions are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A) parts (i) through (iv) produced after November 1, 1990, OR they are the product of sexually explicit conduct but are exempt because the visual depictions were not produced by the operator of CoonFunny but by third-party content providers who represent and warrant that all applicable §2257 records are maintained by them

Records Custodian

Original age-verification and identity records (2257 records) for content displayed on CoonFunny are kept by the original producer of the material. CoonFunny is a re-publisher of content and is not the primary or secondary producer of any content displayed.

To locate 2257 records for a specific piece of content, please contact the original producer identified by the site of origin (linked in each video's page where available) or contact us at admin@coonfunny.cc and we will forward your request.

Age Verification

CoonFunny takes the following steps to prevent minors from being featured on the site:

• All uploaders must warrant they have verified the age of all performers depicted
• Content flagged as potentially featuring minors is removed immediately pending review
• Suspected CSAM (child sexual abuse material) is reported to NCMEC CyberTipline and appropriate authorities

If you believe content on this site depicts a minor or is otherwise non-compliant, please report immediately to admin@coonfunny.cc with the URL. Reports are reviewed within hours and content removed pending investigation.
